Solar Tracker
Aavid's Solar Tracker is a high precision dual-axis tracking system, suitable for both high concentrator PV (HCPV) and conventional PV solar modules. Use of our tracker can increase conventional PV module output by up to 40% compared to fixed mounted modules. Our tracker employs “zero backlash” worm drive gear boxes for smooth reliable movement in both azimuth and elevation axes. The gear boxes are self lubricating and self locking for long term durability.
